We loved staying here right in the center, just a minute from the train station and close to the cathedral and Christmas markets, which was great with a child. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even walking us with our luggage to the train platform, and the room was very clean with great food delivered to us. We'll definitely come back when we're in Cologne.
