We had a good stay and the staff were really helpful, patiently dealing with our mixed German and then switching to excellent English when we got stuck. The robot trolleys at breakfast were a fun touch, the bath was a hit with my wife, and the room was roomy with blackout curtains that worked well. The gym was clean with modern machines, and the swimming pool was a decent size, around 20 meters.
